Introduction
Admission Requirements
Required Courses
Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a dynamic technology used to aid in the diagnosis
and treatment of disease. This two-semester program, which combines classroom instruction
with supervised clinical practice, will focus on understanding the basic principles
of magnetic resonance imaging and patient care.
Admission Requirements:
- A completed application
- ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology, or permission of department
- Demonstrate competency in Math 0600 through a standardized test score (Accuplacer)
of 75 or above for Algebra section issued by CCRI through the Office of
Student Services; or completion of Math 0600: Elementary Algebra with a grade
of C or better; or completion of MATH 1700: Algebra for Technology. Failure to
demonstrate competency at the appropriate level will require you to take one
or more courses to meet the program admissions requirements.
- English placement test results must show readiness to take ENGL 1010:
