Sign-up Instructions for e-Refunds / e-Billing

• Log into your MyCCRI account.
• Click on the “My Account” tab.
• Click on "Login" below. (If applicable)
• Click on "Refunds" at the top of the page.
• Click "Complete Two-Step Verification" (if you have already set up two-step verification this step can be skipped)
• Once the two-step verification has been set up, click on "Set up a new account".
• Follow the prompts and enter your information.
• Sit back and relax, knowing you are getting your refunds in the safest and quickest way possible.
