Avoid the Drop for Nonpayment

Summer 2013

To protect your classes from being dropped for nonpayment, you must adhere to the following schedule:

Please note that your due date is based on the date you registered for summer 1 or summer 2 classes.  If you have not paid your balance/bill in full by your due date your courses will be dropped regardless of the session that you are enrolled for.

If you registered from: Your bill is due: Courses will be dropped on:
April 1 to April 15, 2013 May 1, 2013 May 9, 2013 at 11 p.m.
April 16 to April 29, 2013 May 13, 2013 May 23, 2013 at 11 p.m.
April 30 to May 14, 2013 May 29, 2013 June 11, 2013 at 11 p.m.
May 15 to May 30, 2013 June 17, 2013 June 27, 2013 at 11 p.m.
May 31 to June 16, 2013 June 27, 2013 July 8, 2013 at 11 p.m.
After June 16, 2013 Due Upon Registration July 12, 2013 at 11 p.m.

CCRI offers many options to help you pay your tuition on time:

Students who have had their schedule dropped must re-enroll and be prepared to pay tuition and fees in full at the time of registration.

Students wishing to use their unemployment, senior citizen or disabled veteran waiver as a payment for classes may do so starting Wednesday , May 15, 2013 for session 1 and Tuesday, July 2, 2013 for session 2.  Anyone using a waiver must submit all paperwork and pay their fees at the time of registration or their courses will be dropped per the above schedule. This policy will be strictly enforced.  Note: Waivers do not cover the cost of books.
