Committee's Purpose and Charge
The Community College of Rhode Island is looking for opportunities to improve
its operations, generate additional revenue and to realize cost savings. The
Little "Big Audit" Committee was formed because President Sepe truly believes
that many people have ideas to improve CCRI's operations. Many of these improvements
would help the College to better serve the students.
The charge of the committee is to perform a self-assessment of CCRI's operations
and to make recommendations to the President's Council to adopt changes in our
operations that would increase revenues, decrease costs or make particular areas
run in a more efficient and effective manner.
The committee is made up of individuals that are representative of the functional
areas and the variety of positions on our campuses. A list of committee members
appears on the left and you are encouraged to contact any member of the committee
to talk about your ideas. The committee will be operational for the 2003-2004
year and then will be evaluated for continuation.
