CCRI’s Little Big Audit Committee

MEETING OF APRIL 30, 2003

Employee participation

We discussed how to keep people sending in their suggestions. Dan said he would speak with the IT department to see if a web site could be created. We will also try to get an e-mail address from employees submitting suggestions. We indicated that intermittent mailings could be used. We could ask PR to send out e-mail blasts to the College Community and to include short request in the CRIER and possibly the CCRI Update.

Acknowledgements

I indicated that I have been sending e-mail and in some instances snail mail acknowledgements thanking the people for submitting suggestions.

There was consensus for me to continue sending the acknowledgements.
