Withdrawal Information

Official Withdrawal:  This is used when a student officially withdraws from all courses during weeks three through 10 or two-thirds the length of the course.  A grade of W will be assigned to the withdrawn course(es), it is included in attempted credits but not in the grade point index.  Withdrawing prior to week three is considered a drop, all drop's can be done via the students MyCCRI account.

Students who wish to officially withdraw from ALL registered courses from the Spring or Fall term must complete the Withdrawal Form and submit it to the Student Services Department.  Students who wish to withdraw from the Summer term may do so via their MyCCRI Account.

Student who wish to withdraw from one or more courses but will remain registered for one or more courses may withdraw from the selected course(es) via their MyCCRI Account. (The withdrawal form is only for complete course withdrawals from the term)

Withdrawal Period

Spring 2013 - February 5, 2013 - April 8, 2013 - The withdrawal period has ended, forms will no longer be accepted.  Students wishing to withdraw at this point may seek unofficial withdrawals (WP or WF) from their instructors.

The Withdrawal Form is not available at this time.

Students who wish to drop one or more classes or withdraw from the term prior to February 5 may do so via their MyCCRI account.

January 3, 2013	Last day of 100% refund for tuition and fees for drop and official withdrawals
January 4 - February 4, 2013	100% refund of tuition only for drop and official withdrawals
After February 4, 2013	No refunds of tuition and fees begins for drop and official withdrawals

Summer 2013 - 

Summer Session I - all drops and withdrawals are done via the students MyCCRI account

May 20-24, 2013	100% refund of tuition only for drop and official withdrawals
After May 24, 2013	No refunds of tuition and fees begins for drop and official withdrawals
June 13, 2013	Last day to withdraw from a class to receive a grade of "W"

Summer Session II - all drops and withdrawals are done via the students MyCCRI account
