Get vaccinated. Why wait any longer?
- HPV is a virus; there are more than 30 types that can infect you
- Men and women can get HPV
- HPV often has no signs or symptoms
The R.I. Department of Health, in conjunction with The Wellness Company, will offer a HPV clinic to men and women between the ages of 18 and 26. Begin the series or continue the series you previously started. Clinics will be available on:
- Wednesday, February 1, 2012 and Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Knight Campus, Warwick
- Thursday, February 2, 2012 and Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Liston Campus, Providence
To register for the HPV clinic:
- Go to www.thewellcomp.com Click on “Immunization Programs.”
- CIick on “College/University Student.”
- At top of page, click on “CCRI HPV IMMUNIZATIONS.”
- Choose the form that applies to you. Fill out the form online and then print it.
- Mail to: The Wellness Company – 132A George M Cohan Blvd – Providence, RI 02903, or return the completed form to your on-campus Health Services
The Wellness Company will call you to schedule the appointment.
