The homer gave the Knights a 5-2 lead after two. In the bottom of the fifth, the Knights put the game away for good when they were able to push across four more runs. Brooks singled to score two runs, and eventually came around to score on a sac fly. Robert Paulino (Mirimar, FL) knocked in the fourth run of the inning on an RBI single to score Mercado, pushing the Knights lead to 9-3.
