The CCRI Cross Country team put forth a good showing at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Invitational on Saturday in Dartmouth, MA, with Ian Anderson (Warwick, RI), Jared Gruslin (North Smithfield, RI), and Joe Gareri (Uxbridge, MA) particularly running good races.
Anderson was the top runner for the Knights in the five-mile run, finishing 137th out of 195 runners. Anderson finished with a time of 31 minutes 44.43 seconds. Gruslin finished right behind him in 138th with a time of 31:46.11, while Gareri finished in 161st with a time of 33:05.84. All three were very good times for the CCRI runners in their first race of the young season.
