Head Coach Jim Stringfellow commented on his The Knights’ success: “This season been one of the best golf season at CCRI in years. We are three-time regional champions as a team including an individual medalist in Co-Captain Steven Letterle last year. We went to the NJCAA with a solid team of Co-Captain Steven Letterle, Daniel Hayes, Joshua Macera, Co-Captain Matthew Burke and Alex Greenwood. The whole team put up great numbers in the last day of the championship. The biggest surprise was Dan Hayes shooting a 76 for a season low on the first day of the tournament. Steven, Matt, Josh & Alex were consistent the whole tournament. The weather did play a factor some play on a few day but the team battled through it. We will have four returning players for next season with Dan, Alex, Josh & Ryan (Neilan). We as a coaching staff are very proud of our golf team. They made the best of a long winter and a very compacted golf season. We can't wait to get back at in the 2016 season and defend our Regional Championship.”
