Head Coach Kate Lynch commented after the game: “I didn’t think we played all that well today. We had a lot of effort, but we made some mental mistakes on the defensive end. You can’t have those kinds of lapses all of the time. It will cost us eventually. We had a good overall effort. Everyone contributed. We were able to make quick substitutions without letdowns.”
The Lady Knights have no time to rest as they will face defending NJCAA Division II National Champions and currently ranked No. 12 Mustangs of Monroe College from New Rochelle, NY Sunday at 4:00pm at the Vincent A. Cullen Fieldhouse located on the CCRI Knight Campus in Warwick.
