In an effort to solicit nominations for the CCRI Athletic Hall of Fame and the CCRI Athletics Honorary Green Jacket Award, we are asking for your help. Below you will find a link for an electronic nomination ballot for the CCRI Athletic Hall of Fame and CCRI Athletics Green Jacket Award. Please read the criteria carefully. If you feel that you know of someone who meets either criteria and is worthy of one of the previously mentioned awards please complete the electronic ballot and submit it.

The CCRI Athletic Department Hall of Fame Committee will review all ballots and select the inductees from the nominations submitted. The inductees will be honored during the CCRI Inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet to be held at a place and time to be announced.
