ARTS 1420-001 – 4D-Design
Students will create works of art using time-based techniques such as time lapse, basic cell animation stop motion, go motion, basic green screen and sound.
ARTS 1845-107 – Video Art
Students learn about structure, form, rhythm and pace in this introduction to the use of video as a form of artistic expression and visual communication.
ARTS 2550-001 – Art History: Modern through Contemporary
This survey of art, architecture and new media from 1945 to the present emphasizes the working artist and how the making of art and design contributes to politics, economy and culture.
ARTS 8080-001 – Mixed-Media Printmaking
Students will use traditional etching and litho presses in a studio to explore a combination of relief, collograph, intaglio, litho, transfer and monotype printmaking.
