Message from the Vice President
IT is working as quickly as they can to migrate everyone to Microsoft Exchange and the new MyCCRI portal. This is an extremely difficult and enormous task. New accounts are being created with the greatest of haste. The IT Department is working as fast and as hard as they can to ensure that everyone gets access. We ask for your patience and continued support.
If any faculty members, adjunct or otherwise, are having difficulties logging into MyCCRI, please send an email directly to the Help Desk AND to Steve Vieira (savieira@ccri.edu). For those faculty unable to connect please provide:
- Banner/CCRI ID Number*
- Full Name
- Department
- Contact Number
With the contact number, the help desk can create the account, contact the faculty member AND test the account, while on the phone with them.
