How CCRI students
pay for college
Financial aid helps students and their families pay for college. This financial assistance covers educational expenses including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation. There are several types of financial aid, including grants and scholarships, work study and loans.
In the fall of 2016, CCRI enrolled 14,350 degree- or certificate-seeking students.
*The EFC, which is expressed as a dollar figure, is calculated based on a federal formula that includes such factors as family income, certain investment assets, the number of people in the household and, in some cases, home equity.
