Meeting called to order at 11:10 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 1996, Flanagan Campus.
Attendees: Bill Mercer, George Sousa, Manny Terezakis, Joanne Jacobs, Barbara Legg, Edward Jacques, Donna Scattone, Stephen Marginson, John Lombardi.
- Reviewed report on air testing in areas of Flanagan and Knight Campus (reports on file).
- Testing will continue in "sensitive" areas on a regular basis and ad-hoc as recommended by the committee or college community.
- C02 testing will be conducted again when machine is repaired.
- Reports on HVAC projects - budget does not allow enhancements at this time, but areas such as 4th floor student services have been designed and will be submitted for bid as soon as possible.
- Installation of a phone in motorcycle shed will be investigated to allow a call to Security in the event of an emergency.
- Security Department staff to receive shoes with uniforms next year.
- Signs will be placed on doors to avoid accidents.
- The policy on NO SMOKING in vehicles will be reiterated.

Fire extinguisher to be installed in Mail Room/Print Shop areas as needed at Flanagan.
Individuals who wish to continue as committee members next year should inform their respective bargaining unit leadership.
