Tutor Trac®

All tutors and students are required to sign in and out using Tutor Trac.

Campus specific user instructions for tutors and students:

Flanagan (Lincoln) campus:
User Name: Lincoln
Password: Success

Newport County Campus:
User Name: Newport
Password: Success

Liston (Providence) Campus:
User Name: Providence
Password: Success

Knight (Warwick) Campus:
User Name: Warwick
Password: Success

Students: After typing in the campus User Name and Password, swipe your current CCRI Student ID card.  You may also type in your ID number and select Log In.  If this does not log you in automatically, please see the Tech. Assistant or Success Center Coordinator.  There is an automatic rollover page - please select which course you are visiting the center for (if none, select NoSubject) and the reason you are visiting. Please log out of each session by swiping your ID card or typing in your ID number again and leave a comment as to how your visit was.

Tutors: All tutors should already have an assigned ID saved within Tutor Trac. Please swipe your CCRI ID card or enter your ID number and select Log In. If this does not log you in automatically, please see the Tech. Assistant or Success Center Coordinator.  Please select (Tutors only) Group Tutoring or (Tutors Only) Individual Tutoring for reason for using center.  Please do not select your own name as tutor or leave any comments.
