Success Centers Peer Tutor Program

Policy and Procedures

Student Responsibilities:

  1. Each Student is responsible for completing a tutor application from before receiving tutoring.
  2. Students must sign in on Tutor Trac before each session.
  3. Students must attend class in subject being tutored. Tutoring does not substitute for class attendance.
  4. Homework assignments must be accepted prior to the tutoring session. (what if they need help with brainstorming for a writing assignment???)
  5. Inappropriate behavior must be reported to the Success Center Coordinator.
  6. Students must come prepared by bringing all relevant materials, including textbook, syllabus, class notes, past papers, past tests.
